Yorkshire Dampcourse is a building preservation and property repair specialist, a well-established, trusted brand that has been servicing the needs of Yorkshire since 1974! Yorkshire Dampcourse has been trading in its current ownership for more than 34 years, with a further 17 years of trading before that, making it the longest-running damp and timber specialist in Leeds.
Based in North Leeds, we cover the whole of Yorkshire.

Excellent service from start to finish! Cannot fault YDC in anyway. From day 1, when Matt (Director) and Mark (Surveyor) inspected our flooded basement, to the last stages (plastering, installing a ventilation system, and servicing the pumps), we have found the YDC team to be knowledgeable, professional, and respectful, with a fantastic attention to detail. We have gone from two feet of water in our basement to having a useable, dry, and, above all, safe utility room. We spoke to several other basement companies in the Leeds area who did not have half the knowledge or experience that YDC have. Fully recommended!
YDC have been absolutely fantastic. We had problems with some recurring damp following their initial work but Matt and his team were honest about the problem and redid the job without any argument. They accommodated our own need for delays over several years before returning to put things right. From start to finish my experience with Yorkshire Damp Course was great. All staff were friendly, polite, helpful, and willing to answer questions and concerns. Whilst doing the work staff were very considerate and tidy, making a great effort to keep disruption and dust to a minimum. The work was completed to a very high standard, with good attention to detail. It was very clear that the team (Paul & Nathan) took pride in their work. We are able to offer this product on some of the specialist rising damp, wet rot, dry rot, woodworm, waterproofing, wall tie and Japanese knotweed treatments that we undertake.
Unlike some unscrupulous IBG companies, this insurance is provided by an A rated insurer and is underwritten for the full term when it is registered and does NOT rely on an annual renewal with a 3rd party.
