Woodworm Control – Horsforth, Leeds

June 2018
I contacted Yorkshire Dampcourse after receiving conflicting advice from other local so-called specialists. When I called them I could tell that they knew what they were talking about. They then inspected my property and took time to fully explain the extent of my problem. It turns out that the other firms were wanting to charge a fortune for work that was not required. I cannot explain just how knowledgeable their surveyor was, it was like being back at school! I am very pleased!”

Damp Control & Structural Repair – Leeds

Basement Conversion – Shipley, BD18

February 2018
Really professional service from Yorkshire Dampcourse. The guys who turned up to do the work were really pleasant, explained what they were doing and did what they said they would. The arrangements made with the office staff were all carried out as we'd hoped and we knew what was going on the whole time. Their work still holds up and we think if there was an issue, there would be no problem going back to them. Very reasonably priced given the size of the job and the cleanup afterwards was all you could expect for your own home. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others!

Rising Damp Treatment – Calverley, Leeds

February 2018
The job has been completed on time. Great Quality of work. Really polite, hardworking, punctual guys. Lovely to our children and pet dog. Great that the guys were clean and tidy. Obviously, this type of job will create dust but nice that they put covers over the room. Wouldn't hesitate to use the company again and pass the word on. Thank You.

Basement Waterproofing – Horsforth, LS18

November 2018
From initial consultation to the finished of the project Yorkshire Damp Course were professional and trustworthy. At every stage of the processes we were consulted and it was explained so that we understood what was happening and why. The team worked very hard, kept us informed about progress and there were no unforeseen occurrences. We saw the same people throughout the project and formed an excellent relationship with them. They coordinated with another contractor so that the project was managed as a whole. The aftercare service has been excellent too!

Penetrating Damp, Rising Damp & Wet Rot Repair – Roundhay Ave, LS8

December 2017
I just wanted to let you all know what a great job I feel you have done. Each time I called, Gemma was really lovely, helpful and polite. Matthew who came to do my survey was really helpful, answering all my questions at the time and after. The gentleman that came to do the work was really nice, again really helpful, hardworking and did the job as tidily as he could. I was also very pleasantly surprised that my final bill was not more than the estimate I had been given, as I understood when it came to doing the work, more was needed than initially expected. A fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend you. Thank you very much.

Preserving World Heritage Site – Caroline St, Saltaire, BD18

Following a recent survey, your company carried out damp treatment works and provided guarantees. All stages of my experience of Yorkshire Dampcourse company were good -from my initial phone call, survey & report and then completion of the treatment work. The service you provided was prompt and efficient throughout. I was delighted with how the treatment work & plastering was completed so quickly to a high standard. He protected the rest of the house from dust as possible and promptly cleared away at the end.  Thank you

Decayed floor & Rising Damp Repair in Leeds

I just wanted to write and thank you and your company for the work you recently did at our home, putting in a damp course and new timber joists and floorboards. The two guys who did the job were excellent - they worked long hours and finished the job in two days - I cannot fault them at all. They were friendly, hardworking and a credit to Yorkshire Dampcourse. All in all 5***** !!! Already the difference is amazing the floor is so much better - and the added bonus is there is no longer sunlight appearing from the skirting boards! Thank you for your time in originally coming to the property following the request for the work by our landlord.
