We are pleased to hear that Mark Smith, our new damp and timber surveyor, has passed his timber module, as part of the formal Certified Surveyor in Remedial Treatments (C.S.R.T) qualification.
Mark passed the exam and viva voce with distinction (an indication that he performed near the top of the results table.
Mark has been studying for the other two modules – Health and Safety and Damp Proofing, and has already taken the health and safety exam and is awaiting the results.
We look forward to hearing that we have another fully qualified C.S. R.T. surveyor shortly.
